Европски институт за јавну управу сваке године опредељује обуке које ће се финансирати из средстава техничке помоћи Министарства спољних послова Луксембурга за отворене семинаре (open seminar facility). Ове године нуде се семинари чији списак је у наставку.
У случају обука уживо, покривени су трошкови регистрације, пута и смештаја, а у случају обука онлајн покривени су трошкови регистрације. ЕИПА задржава право избора кандидата. Квота за Републику Србију је 3 полазника, рок за пријаву је 28. мај 2024. У случају пријављивања а недоласка на семинар, ЕИПА захтева надокнаду трошкова.
