At the sixth Digital Summit of the Western Balkans, which was held on October 4 and 5 in Sarajevo, Snežana Abramović, head of the Research Centre of the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA), gave a speech at the panel "Digital Skills in the Public Sector in the Western Balkans". Mrs. Abramović presented the Academy's strategic framework for raising the capacity of civil servants in the field of digital skills in Serbia. She gave a special review of the Academy's approach to training and the results achieved by NAPA in the last five years.
In addition to the representative of NAPA, the panel gathered distinguished experts from the field of digital skills and the public sector. Maja Handjiska Trendafilova, director of the ReSPA network, Larisa Halilović, Leadership Development Consultant from Sarajevo, Alessandro Brolpito, Senior Human Capital Development Expert, Sara Delport from the International Communication Union and Thomas Prorok, general director of the KDZ Centre for Public Administration Research from Vienna, also shared their observations and experiences with the panellists.
The Digital Summit of the Western Balkans, which gathered over 400 participants from various sectors, is an important platform for the exchange of knowledge, experiences and best practices in the digital domain. During the two days of the summit, participants had the opportunity to learn about the latest technologies, participate in discussions and panels, and thus contribute to strengthening cooperation and ties among the countries of the Western Balkans in the digital sector.
