Professional development of managers is based on the programmes that define the forms and content of professional development of managers in state authorities and aims at professional development of civil servants who prepare for or hold a managerial position, in order to acquire knowledge and skills, as well as to enhance the process of endorsing and implementing public policies.
Training programme for managers is prepared in cooperation with the competent authority for human resources management tasks in the state administration, as well as the responsible persons for human resources management tasks in state authorities.
The training programme for managers is structured to suit the specific needs of three target groups:

II managers of organisational units
III civil servants who prepare for managerial positions
