The programme is intended for the employees in the authorities of autonomous provinces and local self-government units, employees in the authorities of city municipalities, and departments and organisations established (for performing public administration duties) by the competent authority of autonomous provinces.
The Management Training Programme aims to professionally develop official and employees who occupy managerial positions, for the purpose of providing them with knowledge and skills and improving their ability to successfully manage local self-government units and to enhance the process of endorsing and implementing public policies.
