Evaluation of the professional development programme is achieved especially based on the annual assessment mark of the line manager regarding the effects of attending the training courses on the improvement of job performance, impressions of attendees on the realised programme, impressions ofprogramme implementors and the impressions of the Programme Council of the National Academy.
Criteria and norms for evaluating a professional development programme are determined by the National Academy, in cooperation with the competent body for HR management in public administration, the competent body for coordination activities concerning the process of accession to the European Union, as well as the responsible persons for the activities of HR management in state bodies.
