JOINT CONTRIBUTION OF NAPA AND HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SERVICE (SUK) TO THE MODERNIZATION OF THE HR MANAGEMENT PROCESS

The modernization and digitization of the HR management process was the main topic of the meeting held on 7^th October 2024, which was attended by the Director of the Academy, Mrs Marina Dražić, and the Director of the HR Management Service of the Government of the RS, Mr Danilo Rončević, at the NAPA training centre.

The plan is to soon start using HRMIS (Human Resource Management Information System), an information system that aims to automate a large number of processes related to HR management. The competition procedure, digitalization of documents and employee files, evaluation of work performance and creation of a talent base are some of many functionalities that will be part of the new system.

An agreement was reached regarding the connection of HRMIS and the NAPA LMS platform for data exchange in order to create a new culture of employee training. The idea is to develop a training plan adapted to the individual needs of employees and their career development.
