Today, NAPA Director Marina Dražić and Acting Director of the Road Traffic Safety Agency, Branko Stamatović, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation, marking a strong example of interinstitutional collaboration aimed at strengthening the capacities of public sector employees.
“The Memorandum represents a model of cooperation that results in training programmes tailored to the needs of each civil servant,” emphasized Marina Dražić. She added that the cooperation between the two institutions will focus on raising awareness about traffic safety and will include regular exchange of data relevant to monitoring the impact of professional development activities.
Branko Stamatović highlighted the significant need for organizing specialized training for the Agency’s employees, especially in the area of applying artificial intelligence to improve road traffic safety.
“An institution is defined by the people who make it, who shape and represent it daily through their work, actions, and knowledge. The top priority of the Road Traffic Safety Agency is investing in people, and through the training programmes we will implement, we are enhancing the expertise and knowledge of our employees,” Stamatović emphasized.
