On the occasion of State Civil Servants Day, the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government organised a ceremony at the Palace of Serbia, bringing together representatives of state authorities, autonomous provincial authorities, local self-government units, as well as international and development partners.
The event was dedicated to recognising state civil servants and public administration employees for their contribution to the modernisation of services, the improvement of institutional performance, and the strengthening of citizens’ trust in public administration.
The Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government presented an award to the National Academy of Public Administration in recognition of its commitment to the continuous professional development of public administration employees and its outstanding contribution to building a modern, efficient, and professional public administration in the Republic of Serbia.
On behalf of Marina Dražić, Director of the National Academy of Public Administration, the award was accepted by Bojana Nikolić, Acting Assistant Director.
This significant recognition confirms the role of the National Academy of Public Administration as a key institution in the development of the knowledge, skills, and professional competencies of public administration employees, as well as its contribution to building a modern public administration tailored to the needs of citizens.
