TOGETHER FOR STRONGER ADMINISTRATION: PEOPLE AND KNOWLEDGE

The gathering “Together for Stronger Administration: People and Knowledge” assembled representatives of institutions and partner organizations with the aim of strengthening cooperation and the system of professional training in public administration. Marina Dražić, Director of the National Academy for Public Administration, and Dagmar Konstantinović, Director of the Belgrade Office of the Hanns Seidel Foundation, opened the gathering. They emphasized the importance of partnership, continued cooperation, and investment in knowledge as the basis of modern and professional public administration. Representatives of the National Academy for Public Administration (NAPA), Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, the Human Resources Management Service, and the city administration shared their experiences and challenges in implementing the professional development system. Meanwhile, NAPA contact persons spoke about the practical aspects of training, selection, and the career development of civil servants. The event took place in a constructive atmosphere, with the shared message that continuous investment in knowledge is key to the further development of an efficient and modern public administration based on cooperation, trust, and accountability.
