Today, NAPA Director Marina Dražić participated in the 16th meeting of the Human Resource Management Network of the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities (SCTM).
Senior representatives from the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, the Delegation of the European Union, SCTM, the Council of Europe, and the Academy, along with employees from local self-government units, discussed projects and activities for improving human resource management systems, as well as professional development and training within local self-governments.
Ms Dražić presented NAPA’s activities related to training civil servants in local self-government units. She emphasized that HR staff in each of these institutions play a key role in implementing continuous professional development and that the Academy is fully prepared to meet the specific needs of all employees, whether related to acquiring professional knowledge or developing personal skills.
