The third session of the Programme Council was held at the premises of the National Academy for Public Administration, where the Academy’s Director, Marina Dražić, met with council members to discuss the improvement of training programmes in the upcoming period.
At the beginning of the session, the Director shared the latest updates on the Academy’s activities over the past month. According to her, training sessions are conducted regularly, and the Academy continues to serve as a key institution for the professional development of public servants.
Particular emphasis was placed on the progress in online learning, which reflects a growing culture among civil servants of self-paced learning and continuous professional improvement.
“Our goal is to help public servants become more competent, efficient, and better equipped to work in the public sector. We will continue to invest in new training programmes and strengthen the capacity of public administration,” concluded NAPA Director Dražić.
