The National Academy for Public Administration hosted today a delegation from the National Centre for Public Administration and Local Self-Government of the Hellenic Republic (EKDDA), led by the president of this institution, Mr Paraskevi Ant. Dramalioti.
The meeting held in the training centre of the Academy was an opportunity for the exchange of knowledge and examples of good practice between two sister institutions in the field of professional development of employees in the public administration of the Republic of Serbia and the Hellenic Republic. Acting director of NAPA, Mr Dejan Miletić, used this opportunity to point out that the cooperation between these two institutions is part of the mosaic of traditional friendship between the two countries.
This fruitful cooperation was expanded by the Cooperation Agreement between NAPA and EKDDA, signed in 2019. This document, among other things, envisages the transfer and exchange of knowledge in various areas of professional development of employees in public administration, as well as the organization of thematic educational visits of civil servants from Serbia to Greece, with the aim of exchanging experience in priority areas of public administration.
The National Centre for Public Administration and Local Self-Government is the central institution for professional development of employees in the public administration of the Hellenic Republic, founded in 1983.
