NAPA representatives, led by the acting Director Dejan Miletić, met with the president of INA, Alexandru-Mihai Ghigiu, using the opportunity for a valuable exchange of knowledge and good practice examples with an institution that has years of experience in professional development of public administration employees. On that occasion, Mr. Ghigiu pointed out that the Academy and the Institute have close cooperation, and that a constructive discussion with NAPA’s director was a great opportunity to strengthen the friendship and cooperation between Romania and Serbia.

Talks intensification is the starting point for future exchanges of experience in the form of employee mobility between the Institute and the Academy, which was agreed on at the Bucharest meeting and will be implemented by the end of this year. The employee exchange will be accompanied by the concretization of the area of joint activities focusing on innovations that contribute to improving the  public administration quality.
