Dr Sam Potolicchio, one of the most prominent American professors and experts in the field of public administration, held a master class on Monday, 1th April, for over 800 employees in the public administration of the Republic of Serbia on the topic of Leadership skills for the new age. The lecture was organized by the National Academy of Public Administration, live and via an online platform.
Professor Potolicchio is a lecturer at Georgetown University in the USA and at the Mannheim Business School in Germany, and has gained an abundant consulting experience by working with senior officials from over 80 countries. He is an expert in the fields of public administration, leadership and communication.
The trainees of this master class had a unique opportunity to improve their leadership skills through a series of interesting examples and logical and communication tasks. Dr. Potolicchio stated that the audience that welcomed him in Serbia showed a high level of commitment to addressing the challenges of the modern age.
With this lecture, the National Academy of Public Administration contributes to the strengthening of the implementors of the public administration reform, which leads to a more efficient service tailored to all citizens.
