FRENCH EXPERT FOR PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION REFORM NEW MEMBER OF THE ACADEMY TEAM

The staff of the National Academy for Public Administration welcomed the French expert on public administration reform, Mr. Francois Lafond, who will support the implementation of public administration reform in the Republic of Serbia. In addition to advising managers and employees of bodies implementing and supporting the reform, Mr. Lafond will participate in the exchange of knowledge and expertise, projects and partnerships with the French Republic, as well as take part in capacity development of NAPA and public administration employees by ensuring the development and implementation of continuous trainings in synergy with the existing programs.

Prior to joining the National Academy for Public Administration, Mr. Lafond worked as an international technical expert on "European Integration" in Skopje, North Macedonia, where he supported the Macedonian authorities in the process of European integration and accession negotiations.
