Another visit of a team of French experts was organised within the administrative agreement in the field of public administration reform, human resources management and professional development in public administration, signed between the Ministry of State Administration and Local Self-Government of the Republic of Serbia (MDULS) and the Ministry of Public Administration and Public Revenue of the Republic of France (MACP). The experts had a working meeting with representatives of the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) today.
The main topics of this meeting were the support of the French team in the development of training programmes for civil servants who are trainees and unemployed persons who have yet to be employed in public administration and take the state professional exam.
Nicolas Roblain, director of the Department for Recruitment, Equality and Diversity Policy in the Directorate of Administration and Public Administration (DGAFP) and Michèle Bornet, director of the Department for Talents, Improvement and Evaluation, Directorate for Education and Research (ENA) presented their experiences in this field and provided recommendations regarding further development of planned training programmes.
The initiative for the improvement of training programs in the given areas is a part of the activities that are an integral part of the Public Administration Reform Strategy, which will be implemented by NAPA in cooperation with MDULS.
