The National Academy for Public Administration has introduced a quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
This is another step in the pursuit of excellence which has made the Academy has become one of the few institutions of public administration having this prestigious certificate.
After months of work by the entire NAJU team, all processes and activities have been optimized and harmonized with the requirements of this standard. The procedures of all organizational units are clearly defined, and this has brought to more efficient quality management and orientation towards continuous improvement of work.
NAJU's quality management system has been checked and certified according to the requirements of this standard for the development and implementation of training for adult education and the development and accreditation of providers.
The certificate was ceremoniously received on behalf of the NAJU team of employees by Acting Director Dejan Miletić at the ceremony marking the completion of the "Civil Service Training for the 21st century in the Republic of Serbia" project, held on 20 December 2023, which was attended by high-ranking representatives of the Serbian public administration and foreign project partners of the Academy.
The certificate, which is valid from 5 December 2023, was issued by SGS, the world's leading organization for control, verification, testing and certification.
The entire certification process was supported by the project ""Civil Service Training for the 21st century in the Republic of Serbia" implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) with the financial support of the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency.
