The first session of the Programme Council of the National Academy for Public Administration in 2026 was held today. During the session, the members of the Council adopted the Programme Council Activity Report for 2025 and the Programme Council Work Plan for 2026.
The Report on the Implementation of Training in 2025 was presented, including comparative indicators covering various aspects of the training programmes. Particular emphasis was placed on data reflecting the results achieved in 2025 compared to 2024, such as the increase in the number of participants in training programmes by 13,494. Based on the Report, it was concluded that the NAPA training programmes were implemented in line with the identified needs of public administration employees and that their effects on the development of knowledge and skills were fully achieved.
The Director of NAPA, Marina Dražić, reflected on the results achieved in the previous year and presented the plans ahead of the Academy:
“Considering all these activities, it is clear that the Academy remains committed to its main goal — to improve the quality of services provided to citizens through the continuous enhancement and development of the knowledge and skills of public administration employees.”
