The National Academy for Public Administration has prepared a report on the analysis of the needs for professional development of employees in public administration for the year 2023. The purpose of this document is to present data from previously conducted research and to define priorities in the professional development of officials that will be included in the training programme developed by the Academy for the year 2023.
The findings of the analysis of the strategic and legislative framework, the findings obtained from the Report on the evaluation of the work performance of civil servants for the year 2021, as well as the organizational needs expressed by each body individually, were all used in drafting the Report. The findings obtained from the evaluation sheets from the trainings held in 2021 were also used, as well as reports related to the identified needs for professional training created within the framework of various projects, reports of independent bodies, government bodies and inspections. Special attention in this process is paid to consultative meetings with representatives of relevant bodies and institutions.
