On Friday, 7 October, the conference "Be the creator of your own excellence" was held at the premises of the National Academy for Public Administration, organized in cooperation with the Programme "Human Resources Management in Local Self-Government – Phase 2".

At the beginning of the conference, the participants were addressed by Dejan Miletić, Acting Director. The aim of the conference was to improve the personal, relational and functional competencies of accredited coaches at NAPA, which are necessary for them in working with numerous training participants organized by the Academy.

The Programme "Human Resources Management in Local Self-Government – Phase 2" is jointly financed by the European Union and the Council of Europe, and is implemented by the Council of Europe in cooperation with programme partners - the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government and the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities. With the support of the Programme, NAPA has developed trainings for employees in local self-governments, which are intensively implemented. So far, 60 trainings have been held for more than 1,000 employees in local self-governments, while another 22 trainings are planned to be held by the end of the year.
