Meeting between the Director of the National Academy for Public Administration, Marina Dražić, and the Minister for Human and Minority Rights and Social Dialogue, Dema Berisha
The Director of the National Academy for Public Administration, Marina Dražić, held a meeting with the Minister for Human and Minority Rights and Social Dialogue, Dema Berisha, accompanied by ministry colleagues: State Secretary Livia Pavićević, Acting Assistant Minister Simona Popović, Dr Biljana Stojković, Senior Adviser and Head of the Gender Equality Improvement Unit, and representatives of GIZ.
The meeting focused on the successful cooperation between the two institutions to date, as well as on opportunities for jointly implementing new projects in the field of public servant training and strengthening institutional capacities. Particular emphasis was placed on activities aimed at promoting human and minority rights and fostering social dialogue within the public administration system.
The National Academy for Public Administration continues to provide strong support for the development and delivery of training in this field. In addition to existing programmes, two new training courses will be introduced under the 2026 Training Plan, contributing to the further development of knowledge, skills and competences of public servants, as well as to improving the overall quality of public administration in the Republic of Serbia.
In this way, the Academy and the Ministry continue to jointly contribute to building a more inclusive, transparent and efficient public administration in the service of all citizens.
