4TH SESSION OF THE PROGRAMME COMMITTEE FOR TRAINING OF TRAINERS HELD

The 4th session of the Programme Committee for Training of Trainers was held at the National Academy for Public Administration. The Committee members discussed new training courses intended for the Academy’s trainers and considered various mechanisms for strengthening their capacities.

During the discussion, special attention was given to mechanisms for involving a greater number of new trainers in the training system, retaining and empowering existing ones, as well as encouraging their networking and exchange of professional experience. The role of the National Academy for Public Administration was also highlighted, as an institution that, through its professional capacities, can contribute to the improvement of the educational process and provide additional support to trainers.
