Today, the National Academy for Public Administration (NAPA) hosted a training session on “Performance Evaluation,” attended by more than 120 managers from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Water Management. Over the course of the full-day training, trainees will have the opportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge in the area of employee performance assessment.
NAPA Director Marina Dražić officially opened the session, stating that this training represents the first result of the recently signed Memorandum of Cooperation between the two institutions. She emphasized that future trainings will also be tailored to the specific needs of the Ministry's staff.
Trainees were also welcomed by Stanija Višekruna, Secretary of the Ministry, who highlighted the importance of acquiring and refreshing knowledge. She noted that the large number of trainees clearly demonstrates the Ministry's commitment to continuous professional development.
The training, delivered in a hybrid format, introduces trainees to relevant regulations, techniques, and tools that will support improvements in human resource management.
