NATIONAL ACADEMY FOR PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION TRAINS 100,000 CIVIL SERVANTS

The National Academy for Public Administration has successfully trained 100,000 civil servants since its establishment in 2018. This significant achievement was marked by the presentation of a symbolic recognition to Tatjana Babić from the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, who became the milestone participant in the training programmes.

The National Academy remains continuously focused on digitalization and modernization to provide easier access and greater availability of training to civil servants at all levels across the Republic of Serbia. The NAPA digital learning platform — Learning Management System (LMS), launched in February 2020, greatly facilitates training registration and the learning process itself, with 150 online self-paced training courses constantly available.

We are proud of having empowered 100,000 individuals on their professional journey, and this achievement highlights the importance of continuous education in public administration. We sincerely thank everyone who placed their trust in us and contributed to our shared progress.
