Today, the National Academy for Public Administration hosted the experts on the Twinning Light Project "Support to the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government in modernizing the personnel planning procedure for State Administration and harmonizing the Catalogue of titles in State administration and Local Self-Governments" Anneli Temmes from Finland and Mari-Liis Suurpalu from Estonia.
The representatives of NAPA presented the programmes, the implementation of trainings and the e-learning platform, while Mrs. Temmes spoke about Finland's experiences in conducting professional development. The Finnish Institute of Public Management HAUS went through several stages in its development, and today it records a large number of beneficiaries of training services and significant success in ensuring the quality of its trainings.
