As part of strengthening international cooperation and the exchange of European best practices in the field of public administration, Marina Dražić, Director of the National Academy of Public Administration, is participating in the meeting of the Network of Directors of Institutes and Schools of Public Administration (DISPA) in Nicosia, organised by the Cyprus Academy of Public Administration on the occasion of Cyprus’ Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
This prestigious European gathering brings together leading institutions for the professional development of public administration with the aim of exchanging knowledge, experiences, and best practices in the field of public sector modernisation.
The focus of this year’s programme includes the enhancement of mentoring, human resource management, innovative training methods, and contemporary approaches to the development of a professional and efficient public administration.
