During the follow-up session of the two-day meeting of the Thematic Group on Human Resource Management in Skopje, participants discussed different models of training for public servants, quality assurance of training programmes and the application of innovative learning approaches, including digital tools and artificial intelligence.
A special part of the programme was an interactive “World Café” session, during which participants, working in smaller groups, exchanged experiences and good practices and discussed the challenges and needs for further support to training institutions in the region.
“The exchange of experience with partners from the Region and the European Union is of great importance for improving the system of professional development of public servants and for developing innovative approaches to learning,” said Marina Dražić, Director of the National Academy of Public Administration.
The meeting contributed to the exchange of knowledge, the strengthening of regional cooperation and the formulation of recommendations for further improvement of the professional development system in public administration.
