The Central Annual Event of the Network of Schools once again brought together numerous partners, programme implementers, and representatives of institutions. Among the attendees were Ivica Dačić, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior; Snežana Paunović, Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government; Nenad Vujić, Minister of Justice; Nevena Jovanović, State Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; and Srđan Pavličić, Acting Director of the Judicial Academy.
The Director of NAPA, Marina Dražić, emphasised that the Network of Schools is not merely a forum for institutional meetings, but a pillar of the professional development system and an example of how joint efforts can raise the standards of public administration in Serbia. The Academy is proud to be one of the signatories of the Network of Schools. This foundation now provides an opportunity to jointly focus on what represents the greatest value of this cooperation: the exchange of innovative programmes, approaches, and models that can benefit all partners, all with the aim of fulfilling the mission of strengthening the competencies of public administration employees.
This year, NAPA developed a record number of programmes, new online training courses, artificial intelligence-based functionalities, and tools for measuring the impact of training. “Our task is to build a public administration that is citizen-oriented. We will continue to improve the system, raise standards, and create an administration capable of responding to the challenges of the future,” Dražić stated. Continuous learning, the exchange of good practices, and intersectoral cooperation remain the path towards a modern, efficient, and citizen-centred public administration.
Together, we are building the future of public administration.
