ADOPTED NAPA TRAINING PROGRAMMES FOR 2026

At its session held on 13 November, the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the annual NAPA training programmes for 2026, namely:

  • The General Training Programme and the Management Training Programme for the civil service;
  • The General Training Programme and the Management Training Programme for employees in local self-government.

This year, the training programmes for civil servants and employees in local self-government units comprise as many as 634 different topics. The greatest number of new topics is found in the areas of public services, public finance and the protection of human rights.

The training courses have been developed in line with the needs of employees in public administration and follow modern trends in the professional and personal development of staff. In parallel with this process, the Academy remains committed to developing training in the online environment, and in this period has introduced online English language courses, as well as six courses in the field of human rights protection, data confidentiality and gender equality.
