Today and tomorrow, a workshop is being held at the National Academy for Public Administration, attended by senior civil servants and human resources experts from countries in the region. The workshop, jointly organized by ReSPA and SIGMA, will provide participants with an opportunity to discuss the challenges and opportunities related to public administration salary systems in the Western Balkans.
The event will serve as a platform to present the results of an employee satisfaction survey, as well as showcase best practices in salary system reform from EU countries. Discussions will also cover comparisons between centralized and decentralized systems, and the structure of pay grades within the public administrations of the region.
This event represents an important platform for the exchange of experiences and strategies that will contribute to improving public administration in the region and strengthening the Academy’s partnership with its long-standing collaborators, ReSPA and SIGMA.
