Today, the first meeting of the Programme Council of NAPA in 2025 was held. During the meeting, Director Marina Dražić and the council members adopted the Work Plan for 2025 and analysed the implementation of training sessions conducted in the previous year.
Ms Dražić emphasized that a new cycle of diverse training programmes for different categories of public servants will begin soon. Special focus will be placed on the professional development of employees in local self-government, which is of great importance for the development of local communities. She also highlighted that digitalization and modernization of professional development will continue to be key priorities in the Academy’s work.
The members of the Programme Council of NAPA are recognized experts in various areas of public administration and contribute through their work to the optimization of activities and the introduction of innovations in the Academy's operations.
