MEETING HELD WITH A SIGMA REPRESENTATIVE

Marina Dražić, Director of the National Academy for Public Administration (NAPA), held a meeting with Peter Vagi, advisor to the SIGMA Mission—a joint initiative of the OECD and the EU—focused on public service and accountability.

The main topic of the meeting was the experience so far with the Human Resources Network and plans for its further development, as well as the sustainable and systematic functioning of the network, with a particular focus on connecting ministry secretaries and strategically planning human resource development.

Key participants in this process also include the General Secretariat of the Government, the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, and the Human Resources Management Service.
