NAPA TRAINING PROGRAMMES FOR 2025 ADOPTED

At today’s session, the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted NAPA’s annual training programmes for 2025, including:

• The General Training Programme and the Leadership Training Programme for the public administration
• The General Training Programme and the Leadership Training Programme for employees in local self-government

This year, the training programmes for civil servants and employees in local self-government units include as many as 620 different topics.

The trainings have been developed in accordance with the needs of public administration employees and follow modern trends in both professional and personal development.
