NAPA AND SCTM – MEETING HELD ON NEXT STEPS IN COOPERATION

Marina Dražić, Director of NAPA, met today with Nikola Tarbuk, Secretary General of the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities (SCTM), with their associates.

As one of the main goals of both NAPA and SCTM is to raise awareness about the importance of continuous professional development of employees in local self-government units, upcoming projects will pool resources to more effectively strengthen the competencies of public servants.

The collaboration between SCTM and NAPA represents a step toward the modernization and improvement of local government operations, contributing to the creation of a more efficient public sector with higher service standards.
