Effective financing for the protection of children’s rights was the topic of today’s meeting attended by Marina Dražić, Director of NAPA, along with her associates, and CEF representatives Aleksandra Tekijaški and Aleksandra Rabrenović.
The project “Efficient Financing for the Protection of Children’s Rights,” implemented since 2023, aims to enhance the efficiency and transparency of allocating and spending budget funds for the protection of children’s rights.
At the meeting, it was agreed that the National Academy will be involved in activities related to conducting training sessions on budget planning for child protection and development programmes. These trainings will be primarily intended for representatives of executive authorities, and joint efforts will focus on raising awareness about the importance of protecting children’s rights.
CEF is an international organization based in Ljubljana, the activities of which focus on developing the capacities of public servants and their institutions in Southeast Europe through learning and knowledge exchange in the areas of public financial management, central banking, reform leadership, and learning and knowledge ecosystems.
