The Director of NAPA, Marina Dražić, attended a meeting today with the Director of the National Employment Service, Milan Bosnić, and representatives of the United Nations Development Programme—Bojana Višekruna, Head of the Portfolio for Solution Mapping, Population Development, and the Labour Market, and Nataša Dimitrijević, Project Manager of the Portfolio for Public Administration Reform and Rule of Law.
At the meeting, it was agreed to jointly design and implement training programmes within the scope of the National Employment Service’s work. These training sessions are planned to be delivered in person, while online training courses will also be developed in parallel.
The goal of this interinstitutional cooperation is to implement training programs that are fully tailored to the needs of public servants, their professional development, and the provision of better services to users.
