Raising security awareness and culture among civil servants was the focus of a meeting held today at the National Academy for Public Administration (NAPA).
Ms Marina Dražić, Director of NAPA, and Mr Goran Matić, Director of the Office of the National Security Council and Classified Information Protection, met with their teams to discuss upcoming joint activities between the two institutions aimed at contributing to more effective data protection across public administration.
It was agreed that the next steps will focus on making training in the areas of National Security and Data Protection accessible to all civil servants at both the national and local levels. To that end, efforts will be made to develop online courses, organize webinars, and hold in-person training sessions in local self-government units throughout Serbia.
NAPA’s 2025 training programme includes a dedicated area titled National Security and Security Architecture, which features 13 different topics for training within this important field.
