ENHANCING THE DIGITAL CAPACITIES OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION: VISIT OF RICHARD KERBY TO THE NATIONAL ACADEMY FOR PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

The National Academy for Public Administration was visited by Richard Kerby, an international expert engaged to support the advancement of the Republic of Serbia's position on the United Nations E-Government Development Index (EGDI).

On this occasion, a meeting was held between representatives of NAPA, the Office for IT and eGovernment, and UNDP. The discussions focused on improving Serbia’s ranking on the EGDI list (https://publicadministration.un.org/egovkb/en-us/About/Overview/-E-Government-Development-Index) and enhancing the digital capacities of public administration employees.

It was concluded that the Academy is strongly committed to training in the field of digitalization, especially in areas such as digital literacy, data management, and IT operations.
