Today, the National Academy for Public Administration (NAPA) hosted a visit from administrative inspectors of Montenegro, led by the Chief Administrative Inspector Petar Ivazić, and representatives of the Ministry of Public Administration of Montenegro, led by Secretary Ljubica Popović.
The goal of the visit was to exchange experiences and good practices, with a broader focus on the process of public administration reform, professionalization of public administration, and human resources management.
At the beginning of the visit, Director Marina Dražić greeted the Montenegrin delegation. Then, Sinisa Barjaktarević, Head of the Group for Records and IT, presented the NAPA LMS platform and the online training programmes that participants can follow independently. Following this, Snežana Antonijević, Assistant Director, spoke about the training programmes in the areas of administrative procedures, corruption prevention, and public servant integrity.
