CONFERENCE "EMPOWERING LEADERS: IMPROVING LEADERSHIP IN THE WESTERN BALKANS"

Today and tomorrow, the conference "Empowering Leaders: Improving Leadership in the Western Balkans" is held in Zagreb, jointly organized by ReSPA and the Croatian State School of Public Administration in partnership with the French Institute for Public Service.

The conference brought together representatives from public administration schools in Croatia, France, Greece, and the Western Balkans. The goal of the event is to deepen cooperation between these public administration institutions.+

From NAPA, the conference was attended by Aleksandar Marković, Assistant Director, and Jelena Marjanović from the Training Programme Preparation Sector. On the panel Regional Leadership in a Globalized World, Radmila Tomović, Head of the Group for International Cooperation, participated, highlighting the successes of NAPA in creating and implementing the State Official Training Programme.
