MEETING WITH THE AFRICAN LEADERSHIP EXCELLENCE ACADEMY FROM ETHIOPIA

Ms Marina Dražić, Director of the National Academy for Public Administration (NAPA), held a meeting with Meseret Desta, member of the Office of the Prime Minister of Ethiopia and Deputy Director of the African Leadership Excellence Academy (AFLEX). This elite educational institution, based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, offers a wide range of programmes focused on developing leadership and management skills for future leaders of the African continent.

The meeting was attended by Nikola Stojanović, State Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and discussions cantered around future cooperation between NAPA and AFLEX. It was agreed that a Memorandum of Cooperation would be prepared, laying the groundwork for the exchange of experience in training and professional development, as well as for conducting joint research activities in this field, which will involve NAPA’s Research Centre.
