A meeting was held today between representatives of the National Academy for Public Administration (NAPA) and the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The meeting was attended by Marina Dražić, Acting Director of NAPA, and Luthah Abdulla Nasser, Deputy Minister of Cabinet Affairs of the UAE, along with their respective teams.
At the meeting, the launch of the Serbia Executive Leadership Programme was agreed upon. This programme, developed by the UAE Ministry of Cabinet Affairs, is aimed at senior civil servants from ministries of the Government of the Republic of Serbia. According to a decision by the Serbian Government, NAPA will be the implementing institution for this initiative.
The goals of the Program include the exchange of knowledge with UAE leaders from various sectors, exposure to global ideas and best practices with international experience rooted in the UAE, and the development of skills necessary for navigating complex and rapidly changing environments.
It was also announced that the cooperation will expand to include training Serbian civil servants in programming through a four-week certified online course hosted on the digital platform used by the UAE Ministry of Cabinet Affairs.
