After the signing of the Memorandum, NAPA Director Marina Dražić expressed her gratitude to Minister Martinović for the opportunity to sign the document and emphasized that the shared goal is the systematic strengthening of the capacities of civil servants. She mentioned that there is great interest among civil servants for training programmes in agriculture and rural development, and that the Academy will work to ensure that these trainings are tailored to the needs of civil servants so that they can perform their tasks more effectively and provide better support and services to citizens.
Minister Martinović, emphasizing the importance of continuous professional development for public servants, added that NAPA offers high-quality training and a broad range of opportunities for acquiring knowledge. He noted that the cooperation between the Ministry of Agriculture and NAPA will include specialized training for the Ministry's civil servants, particularly in the area of inspection oversight.
